Lavender is one of Young Living's most popular products. Lavender oil is an essential oil prized worldwide for centuries. It offers a relaxing, refreshing scent that's especially calming for bath time and bedtime. The Romans used lavender oil in baths to enjoy its cleansing properties. Young Living Lavender is special because the oil comes from a farm in Simiane-la-Rotonde, Provence, and two farms in the United States. The plants are planted, cultivated, and harvested here. The flowering tops are distilled. The steam distillation process follows our Seed to Seal® guidelines. It takes 2.5 square meters of lavender plants to produce a 15-milliliter bottle of pure Lavender. We believe this sweet oil, with its endless benefits, is more than worth the hard work!
